- All of our rentals require a $50 Application Fee, which covers the cost of Criminal Background & Credit Checks. This fee is non-refundable, and there are no exceptions.
- All rentals also require a Security Deposit, equal to or greater than the amount of one month’s rent, which must be paid in full, on or before the move-in date.
