  • Due to the nature of our business, there are times that the Property Manager is unable to be in the office, so it is advised that you call ahead to schedule a time to meet with her.
  • All of our rentals require a $50 Application Fee, which covers the cost of Criminal Background & Credit Checks. This fee is non-refundable, and there are no exceptions.
  • All rentals also require a Security Deposit, equal to or greater than the amount of one month’s rent, which must be paid in full, on or before the move-in date.
